O amigo da foto pode respeitar a natureza, mas não respeita o limite de velocidade nas ruas. Se a péssima qualidade do ar nas grandes cidades e os enormes congestionamentos não são motivos suficientes para você deixar o carro em casa, talvez o aumento do número de radares pela cidade seja.

This fellow respects the nature but he doesn’t respect the speed limit. If the bad air quality in the big cities and huge traffic jam are not enough to make you leave your car at home maybe the increasing number of speed limit radars throughout the city is.
